We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our core team. This isn't an administrative role; we need a "Talent Architect" who can go beyond LinkedIn to find the world’s most elusive technical minds and integrate them into our high-impact projects.

As an integral part of our scientific organization, you will work side-by-side with our Research Managers to shape the teams solving global challenges. This is a high-growth position: from day one, you will be integrated into the decision-making process through a collaborative partnership with the People Manager. We provide the platform and the mentorship; you provide the drive to lead our talent growth.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sourcing & Talent Mapping: Proactively identify AI Engineers, Software Architects, and Senior Researchers in the Deep Tech ecosystem (Biotech, Robotics, Materials Science).
  • High-Precision Screening: Lead in-depth interviews focused on both technical aptitude and cultural alignment with our scientific DNA.
  • Systems Management: Maintain and optimize our ATS/CRM to ensure a flawless pipeline and a data-rich candidate database.
  • Technical Translation & Partnering: Act as a bridge between our Research Managers and the talent market. You will translate complex technical requirements into high-precision job descriptions and search plans.
  • Strategic Closing: Collaborate with the People Manager on high-level negotiations and compensation strategies. You will be expected to master the intricacies of our offer process to eventually lead candidate conversion and final closures independently.
  • Candidate Experience & Branding: Act as a Cultural Ambassador, ensuring that every interaction with Idener.ai reflects our commitment to professional excellence and human proximity. Ensure a premium candidate experience, keeping talent engaged and motivated throughout our high-standard selection process.

Minimum requirements

  • Education: University Degree (Bachelor's or Master’s) in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Specialized post-graduate training in HR Management or Talent Acquisition is highly valued.
  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to understand complex technical roles and a desire to take ownership of the final "closing" stage.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills in both Spanish and English (C1 level preferred).
  • Tech Savvy: Ability to speak the language of AI, Biotech, and Robotics. You don't need to code, but you must be curious enough to understand a "Digital Twin."
  • Technical Toolkit: Proficiency in ATS/CRM platforms and Advanced Excel skills for reporting and compensation analysis.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced, scientific environment where requirements can be as complex as the projects themselves.
  • Proactivity: A self-starter who values professional excellence and is ready to take on increasing levels of responsibility.
